Terms and Condition


Thank you for considering our printing shop.Below are the terms and conditions that apply to our printing services:

  1. Ordering: Orders can be placed in person, by phone, or via our online platform. All orders must be accompanied by complete artwork files, specifications, and payment.

  2. Artwork: We require print-ready files in PDF format or png. All artwork must be high-resolution and correctly formatted to avoid printing issues. We do not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions in customer-provided artwork.

  3. Payment: Payment is required in advance of production. We accept e-transfers, credit cards, and debit cards.


  4. Production Time: Our standard production time is 3-5 business days. However, rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee. Customers will be notified of any delays or unforeseen issues that may affect production time.

  5. Delivery and Pickup: Customers are responsible for picking up their orders from our shop or arranging for delivery. There is an additional cost for delivery within the surrounding areas of GTA, normally $40-$70 depending how far away you are from our location.

  6. Refunds and Returns: We do not offer refunds or returns on printed materials unless there is a manufacturing defect. Customers must notify us of any defects within 24 hours of receiving their order.

  7. Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the printed materials. We are not liable for any damages or loss of profits due to delays, errors, or omissions in production.

  8. Copyright and Trademarks: Customers are responsible for ensuring that their artwork does not violate any copyright or trademark laws. We reserve the right to refuse any order that we believe may be in violation of these laws.

  9. Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of our printing services.

  10. Modification: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes that may affect their orders.
